ALL DRIVING INSTRUCTORS ARE GRADED BY THE DRIVING STANDARDS AGENCY (D.S.A.)
DRIVING SCHOOLS WHO EMPLOY LOTS OF DRIVERS CAN CARRY TWO TRAINEES FOR EVERY QUALIFIED INSTRUCTOR.
SCHOOLS THAT OFFER FREE DRIVING LESSONS
NO DRIVING SCHOOL CAN GUARANTEE YOU A PASS
PAYING THE HIGHEST PRICE DOES NOT GUARANTEE THE BEST INSTRUCTION
The grades are from 1 to 6, 6 being the highest grade down to 1 the lowest, ask when booking your lessons ( I have been graded 6 on my last 4 check tests ).
Which means if a school has nine instructors six of them may not be fully qualified. Ask when booking and ask to see the license on your first lesson.
Nobody can work for nothing and make a business pay. If a school offers 5 free lessons, a prospective customer may think they will get the first 5 lessons free, in reality the 1st 11th 21st 31st and 41st may be the lessons offered so to get the 5 free lessons you have to stay with the school for at least 41 lessons and possibly at an inflated price being taught by a trainee.
Driving schools have no influence over an examiners decision.
Schools with office staff Managers Area Manages etc have to be paid for and this is reflected in the schools pricing.
